
Jennifer is a skilled facilitator and trainer. Her work for the last decade has focused on developing stronger teams and more effective individuals who know who they are, are confident in their abilities and more equipped to work effectively within groups. Jennifer has extensive experience in training within non-profits, volunteer, and community development industries with an emphasis on leadership training, team building, communication, volunteer recruitment/retention, and grassroots organizing. She has developed numerous resources, tools and training techniques to assist individuals in developing critical leadership skills that increase their self-confidence and effectiveness in both their professional and personal lives.
